Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

Last updated: September 28, 2026

We want you to buy with confidence. Here's when you get a refund and how to ask for one.

1. Withdrawal for digital content

The law gives you 14 days to withdraw from online purchases. Because premium stickers are available right after payment, before you pay we ask you to confirm that you want immediate access and that you know you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Without this confirmation the purchase does not go ahead.

2. Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription whenever you like under “My account” → “Manage subscription”. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and premium access continues until the end of the period already paid for. There are no pro-rata refunds for the current period.

3. Credit pack

Unused credits cannot be refunded in cash, but they stay in your account with no expiry date.

4. When we always refund

  • Duplicate or mistaken charges;
  • a payment made without access being activated, due to a fault on our side that we cannot fix;
  • a renewal charged after you cancelled in time;
  • and whenever the law requires it, including faulty or non-conforming content.

5. How to ask

Write to [email protected] with your account email and the date of purchase. We reply within 5 working days. Approved refunds go back to the same payment method and may take 5 to 10 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
